I am telling you, she learns a new trick every single day. We have been giving her a little bit of water with lunch and dinner, but we have always had to hold the cup for her because she usually just holds the cup upside-down and chews on the bottom while making a huge mess. Well tonight, as I was running around to get bedtime stuff together (Marc is at a conference in Del Mar today and tomorrow), I just let her play with the cup to keep her happy. When I walked back in to the kitchen she was taking a drink from her sippy-cup all by herself! And she was so excited about it, and you could just tell that she was very proud of herself. It was pretty stinking adorable. Unfortunately, I was in a bit of a rush trying to get everything going, so I only have a couple of crappy pictures from my phone, but tomorrow I will have the good camera ready!
