Can I just say how in LOVE I am with Romey? I think it's bordering on an obsession because really I could just hang out with that little guy all day, and then at night when he's sleeping I go through all of his "old" pictures and think about how adorable he is and was, and how lucky Marc and I are to have such a happy, healthy baby. I know; I know; I am getting super sappy tonight. Marc and I were going through the miscellaneous videos that we have taken over the last seven months, and it is really amazing to me how much he has changed in such a short amount of time. And he was such a cute little butterball just a couple of months ago, but now I feel like he's starting to thin out a little; well he hasn't thinned out a ton, but it is noticeable. It must be all the exercise he's getting now that he's more mobile. We had such a good day today at the park. I was supposed to be working on my thesis, but today was way too nice a day, and Marc is going to be very busy this week, so we needed a bit of family time anyway. Rome loves the swings, but he isn't too sure about the slide yet... I think it kind of scares him, but I am sure that with many more trips to the park he'll learn to love them. And there are way too many cute pictures for me to choose from, so I am just going to put up some/many of my favorites!
